I have plenty. But I still have the plastic hangers from a decade ago too. And got extra for the hearth and hand curtain without having to order. The new white ones are way too tight feeling... I'm hoarding the clear ones.

Make sure the lights are out of his way. I had to fix mine multiple times daily last year.

Last year he kept getting stuck at the top but he's not climbing at all. Music and lights are on. Santa is just died.
 
Santa this year is clearly inferior. Or drunk. I thought it was just me, glad to see I am not the only one having issues getting him to work properly! Mine will climb fine but slips on the way down (because of the red light) and then loses his footing at the bottom. Sometimes he can correct himself, but usually needs a gentle push in the tush. I give up, he can be Drunk Santa this year.
 
Did anyone actually receive Power Aisle signing? Or new FOS for after Thanksgiving? Sending it next week seems kind of late.

Anyone know what that burts bee/cat jack shipper is for? i cant find the pog number or where its suppose to move to. Im guessing infant softline

Look under dept 217. I think it's called Family Sleep Shipper, doesn't sound right but it's all I can recall at the moment. Just built it today and the VM and I placed it in the main aisle between boys and NIT down from the plush Amplified Gifting shippers, only place we had room.

There are trees shown in the Home Decor VMG, but they are X'ed out and are not supposed to be placed there. I set our decor flat and there is definitely not enough room for all the trees shown. They probably decided it was too cluttered but didn't have time to retake the pics before it printed.

I did end up with at least one duplicate tree display though...maybe that's what it was sent for.

I like it when the overheads are designed so that I can use it. Gives me a wider time frame during the day to hang it. And somehow guests always love to stop and watch me use it unlike the Wave which they walk right by & underneath, ignoring me. So it's kind of like an added safety measure, lol.

I normally get he's fixing something and few dazed people LOL.
I also got a random man who said 'Dont jump, it isn't worth it, there are plenty fish in the sea!'
All i could do is look at him LOL XD
 
I had someone today who was accompanying some group home(I think, we have a fair number around here) kid in wheelchair stop to watch, she mentioned that she had been a Sr. PTL at Target before and could never manage the 1-up pole. She very politely asked if I minded them watching even!
 
Anyone with a remodeled store that has the flat red department signs instead of the canoe signs: what sign is above the part of domestics that has plastics and closet stuff? I think my store has the wrong one.

I've given up on the fixture room. Between Softlines fixtures, hardlines fucking with the fencing and shelves, and pog team literally touching everything, I'm done babysitting. All 3 of those leads make way more than I do. I told my etl he can keep th bs fixture room captain title because it honestly doesn't mean shit to me. He calls me the signing specialist but I always correct him to remind him we're just tms now. He told me he sees me as a specialist like electronics and beauty... Well guess what... They have a pay bump I don't. After asking for a raise twice and being denied, I've stopped caring. Ill no longer be dedicating time to help sfs or receiving. I won't be doing the morning audits either. Overdue splns? Nah. Not setting them anymore. Inbound called out? Won't see me on the line to help the truck. I do all this shit and the entire store just shits all over me.the final straw was being pulled about my performance because I didn't have ALL of Xmas and amp Gifting 100% by last Friday. I'm actively looking for a new job and will take the first offer I get.

Home depot and several other places are actively looking for people bailing from Target because they know what is happening.

Mine isn't falling, because we have a six foot(two three foot) softline grid endcap there, so its ziptied to the grate-thing on the lighting fixture.
