@Alexbegt Forgot to mention regarding your backer paper issue, but they do have a specific right and left side. Could be why your having issue with hole lining up?
 
Are there really supposed to be two different types of metal bracket? We got 6 identical ones, even though the instructions show pairs of brackets with slots on opposite diagonals.

There was a lot of errors with how they showed the brackets on the instructions. Slots were not displayed correctly and the lip was facing outwards even though if you flip the whole signing the other side, it's still facing outwards. It should all be the same since the part list shows 6 quantity of the same bracket.

It was related to the brackets. I got the paper set up right, but it like I had to make the bracket face the other direction.
 
Did you guys end up replacing one of the Lego spine headers? The old one is connected to the other Lego header on the opposite side. Going to be a pain the ass.

We haven't yet. When we got sent the spins the first time, we were missing hardware so the one they sent needs to be hung with wires as there's not an easy way for us to connect them.
 
Well that changed quickly. You may have seen the notification regarding the label drop error for Halloween and it affected the entire chain. Strips for all stores will now be arriving next week.

If you need extra blank strips, the part # is L0048 on GoCart.

Is that for rear and mini?
 
Anybody know what these shelves are for? Their pure white with label strips attached and looks like there's a metal bottom piece.

We have 6 and it came with the Halloween corrugate/backer signing pallet this week. I'm guessing it's something for style.

I haven't been able to get to my pallet yet, but my guess is Halloween Family Sleep.
 
Hey all,
is your mini seasonal set ?
I saw the table and gray corrugate UNDER it set at a nearby store and panicked-
** Did you get a NEW corrugate or retain the one from last year ?
After 2 sets NOT using it (summer & BTC) - we threw it OUT and JUST saw it used again ??!!
Any suggestions if a new one wasn’t sent ?

This is ironic. I got pulled from plano because I was trained too....read the pog, tie, demerch, CLEAN, gather any needed fixtures, set labels or strips, pull the pog, reshop demerched to home location, backstock.

We got a new one. One year we didn't have legs for our table because previous etl threw them away and we set it on a low gondola with shelves. We finished setting it today.
 
For those that have set their arch display focal in Halloween, did you use 84 or 54" gondolas? I see other stores with 84 and it looks fine, but is there any issues with 54? Signing instruction show what looks like 54. I'm running out of parts guys!! =|

We used 84. This is because the ISM sent is for 84 high and that you need to fit tombstones on the outside of the arch display focal
 
Stores receiving their label strips this week will likely notice a slight change in terms of font style and coloring. This week was the full chain rollout of a replacement program that converts all the item data into a format that prints out onto the paper. There are likely issues that the team writing the new application didn't catch as so many DPCI's rotate in/out along with positioning on a week to week basis. If you discover an issue that wasn't there before, please send it up via the ChatBot so they can start addressing the issues.

Issues that are already known:

- The Red 4-digit DPCI dot found on items like housewares or baby furniture is an incorrect brown color.
- Some item barcodes are stretched too wide where MyDevices cannot read them (please send these up so they can be individually looked into)
- Some stores received their cosmetic strips as regular 48" strips.
- Some item barcodes didn't convert properly into barcodes and are numbers instead.
- Some stores with the YELLOW weights and measurements unit pricing labels may have an incorrect price font style.
- Some stores with the ORANGE weights and measurements unit pricing labels may have the font shifted incorrectly into a different position.
- There is an excessive amount of blank strips between POG's caused by the new algorithm. This itself may not be resolved until 2023 as we're quickly entering the blackout period for TTS.
- Resolution for WIC icons is blurry.

Things that changed that are NOT a bug:

- Removal of symbols such as gluten-free, organic, etc.
- WIC symbols for states that do NOT have a specialized symbol have changed.
- The shade of colors for specialized areas (gray/grey backgrounds for example in liqour sets) have been adjusted.
