Skimpy food budget this year?

Are other stores feeding TMs a lot less this year around the holidays? In past years, we've had food brought in all 4 days of Thanksgiving weekend. This year, it's scheduled for Friday and Monday only. And the Monday delivery schedule is such that all of GM's morning TMs will have already taken their lunch breaks by the time it arrives.

Seems like not a good way to take care of your people.

At least some got food. I heard from my former store that no food was brought for inbound overnight even tho they unload a truck and picked all opu batches no wonder they are resentful today

Wednesday we had chick-fila Friday was I hop for breakfast Cracker Barrel for lunch Saturday was dominos pizza Sunday was honey baked sandwiches ham or Turkey. We had drinks all the days.

We had budgets and semi competent management back in the day Unc. Now all we have is sycophants trying to promote up the chain. So nothing gets fixed because it will ding the metrics. Your time has passed. Let us try to move forward in an environment you refuse to try and understand with less resources with each passing day

Hmm, thinking that perhaps more than few were happy to see you retire?

FYI, I did still do my job, but there's nothing wrong with greasing the wheels a little. Providing food on these long days with much more guest traffic than usual makes things a bit easier.
