I was just saying they should be TLs before ETL but that’s juts a personal opinion. I’ve had an intern in my store that extended his internship while he finished school. He was basically just an over paid Tm that didn’t do anything and hung out with the ETLs for the school year. Still keyed an an intern. I’m sure if there was a TL spot open they could take it but that means they would have to wait for a spot to open to get ETL but if they did an extended internship they would be allowed to go over head as an ETL as soon as they graduate

My god, I had a VM for hardlines for awhile and it made my life SO much easier.

We had a high functioning Tm that basically did the job of hardlines VM but didn’t get paid as such
Go to college for 4 years to make 16 bucks an hour...no thank you!

You'd think, but I know enough recent grads to know that it's happening a lot. The jobs that used to be acquired with a high school degree are now requiring a BA, but they aren't paying better relatively speaking. It's tough out here in the real world!
