Reason they keep talking to me about going ETL, but I honestly am so Meh about that. Working long hours, the pay does not even out. At least not in my book.

I've seen DFMs that were once SFTs. It does seem like they maybe trying to fill that role with people who are more "store-side" though.

That's what my current DFM was saying, reason she put me on her Bench, but mhm.

Yep direction has been to get your DFMs from the ETL pool... SFT positions have gone through major changes in the past few years, so I could see how there are still some DFMs who were once SFTs, but it really isn't a common practice anymore, at least not in my group!

Most sft's were cut back 2 years ago roughly.
