Not sure how much more I could. Maybe because we are a red store but this is the second time since the new year started I’ve gotten an alert in myDay to complete a TeamVoice survey. The first time I forgot to do it by Sunday. This time I did as soon as the alert came in.

hrm... Interesting. Is it questions? Is there a place to leave remarks?

I have only heard of the yearly survey.... which I think tends to be ignored unless the results are really bad.

It's the same questions they ask in the yearly survey. No room for leaving remarks and they send it out randomly throughout the year to different TMs. I get an alert sometimes, other times it's an email invite.
 
A couple years ago we had a new store director and they sent an ETL from another store to help him out because he was lost. Anyway, she guided him very wrong. One of the things they did was every single solitary day as a group, all ETL’s and SD would go out for two or three hours to lunch.

When I did my survey I wrote about this and it stopped immediately. Corporate had easy proof because they all use their cards to pay.

I think they work.
