That's the million-dollar question! I've asked about that so many times! When I was a cashier & "Red Card Queen" there were days when the RCs I got were never even acknowledged. Later, I found out they were announced & celebrated over the walkies. Of course cashiers don't have walkies so...
The leaders are so desperate for RCs now & they talk about prizes & rewards all the time. Half the time the cashiers never even know about the prizes. It's crazy!
