Time and a half plus $1 for the 4 hours on Thanksgiving. Extra $1 for the 2 hours (6-8 am) of Black Friday.

At least that's the way I'm understanding it and I have almost the same exact schedule as you...

No extra $1 between 6 and 8am. While there is an extra $1 in effect from 10pm-8am, you have to work at least 3 hours in that time to get it.
