Archived TLs! How much do you make an hour and how many hours do you average per week?

I would never be a TL for anything less than 18.50.

Im still not promoted but wont take less than 16.00$ its so much stress, even where im at now i can barely handle it.

There's talk that the TL base will bump up with the next round of base pay increases, but no confirmation. But I think it's safe to assume that it will go up eventually.

TL base is way too low though, it’s like $15.25. Bumping the base up even by a dollar won’t effect enough of us.

TL pay is a minimum of 16 now with the 12 dollar TM bump...

I'm in a $15/hr min wage region. When the min was increased it completely ate up 4 years worth of performance increases so that I now make approx 15 cents more than newbies coming in. O/N is now gone ... TLs lost their differential and some now make less than TMs. They're not happy and are exiting which is a shame because they're very good TLs.
