Archived When are yearly reviews?

I spent last year as a TM and got promoted to SrTL this year, so my former TL will be giving me my review... Which just seems weird, lol.

I got an EX last year and was also a seasonal hire. Don't expect to get low scores just because you haven't been there that long.

true, I got a mix of E and IE, I agreed with the majority of the review so whatevs I got my 14 cents thats all I care about as long as I keep my job.

Mine was Redcards, speed, attitude around fellow front end TMs. being proactive in making the guests experience positive, being on time etc.
