If your store has an email list, your HR Business Partner (your ETL-HR's boss besides the STL) should be on there. Important personnel at the district and group level may be listed, such as your DTL, GVP, APBP, GOL, district pharmacy leader (DTL-℞?), etc.

If you don't have email access, you won't be able to reach your HRBP directly. Your best bet is to talk to your ETL-HR about your situation.

Or if you're facing something ugly that you don't feel you can discuss at the store level call the integrity hotline.

If you don't feel comfortable talking to your ETL-HR, then talk to your STL. If you don't feel comfortable talking to your ETL-HR or your STL, send an email to that address explaining your situation. Corporate will notify the HRBP (district-level Human Resources) and then the HRBP will notify your STL and ETL-HR if the situation needs to be addressed. They will investigate and then send a report to the HRBP. If it's an integrity issue directly related to your ETL-HR or your STL, corporate or the district will investigate if it is deemed necessary. Go to your ETL-HR or your STL first before you do anything else.

See below for the phone number to the hotline. Make sure that your facts & documents are in order. But, try talking to your Etl or etlhr or stl first.

If it's about your felony thing, in my experience, I've seen people let go because apparently Target doesn't hire or employ felons. I hope a decision can be made based off conditions, like if it's a felony but not a drug related type of felony.

How can i email the hr boss of my hr

Well the STL is your ETL-HR's direct supervisor... All of the Execs might look buddy-buddy from your level, but when it comes right down to it, the STL is still their boss and probably yells at them more often than you'd think. If you can't talk to him/her; the integrity hotline is your next choice. Otherwise if you have a good relationship with another leader you could talk to them and ask about an appropriate course of action.

Could you contact your HRBP or DTL directly? Yes.
Should you? Probably not, unless you somehow have a good business relationship with them or something.

If you do call the hotline,,,,make sure you do a rough outline of what you want to say on paper before calling. Refer to it during the phone call...most of the time when people get nervous they tend to forget things ( I know I do)
