Can a TL get on our account and change our availability or are we the only ones that can do that? Mine was all changed and I haven’t been on there.

HR can change your availability and it’s ridiculously easy. Submit your availability and make sure they approve it. HR can actually run a report to verify all approved/pending/denied/auto-denied requests, which could show you never submitted a change.
 
I don't know why I even changed my availability. There are times when it's over ridden and I have to work those days. It "unavailable" for a reason!
 
The only time I overrode a team member’s availability was due to an error. The team member submitted an availability change and it didn’t reflect on my time for some reason so I just went in and changed it on my time so it would reflect the accurate availability going forward.
