Archived Why does my direct depost take soooo long?

My credit union releases my direct deposit Thursday night at 9PM. I have a friend with another credit union that does it at 7AM Friday morning.

It is when they are done processing and posting for the night. It varies depending on the bank. Mine will be there if I check it Friday 5am if I look when I am having the morning coffee.
