He was scheduled 2 hours on the printed schedule at a time that went against his availability.
Now, he should have gone to the HR ETL and said something about.
Instead, he just didn't show up.
The next day, he was asked about it. He asked why he would be scheduled 2 hours when he thought the rule was you couldn't work or be scheduled less than 3.
The answer ... Oh, you could have worked those two hours and gotten paid for 3 hours.
Really? I highly doubt that would happen. I really doubt they would just automatically pay you for 3 hours and only have you work two.
