Wtf are Order Pick Ups?

thing is. we have wayyyyy too many orders for that. My store gets about 400 guests just normally. in Q4 we're expecting to see about 500+ guests. Cubby wall gives us like 30 ish spots for a pickup spot. just not practical for target.

My local Kohl's makes you head all of the way to the back of the store. PITA!

I have no idea what departments of the store got downsized but it's now its own separate section all the way in the far back corner of the store. You have to pass the Amazon Returns section so Amazon somehow was slightly prioritized.
