Also, my new joke for "Made by Design", is our "New Millennial, Pro-Creationist" Brand.

Well many of plans are actually good ideas. I feel like the problem is there is no corporate support. You need equipment and hours to make these changes. You need to have the dc's send us product in a format that is most efficient. Until corporate spends the necessary $$, even if it means a couple of quarters with little profit, or even a loss, we are never going to attain the goals that corporate wants. Plain and Simple.
Hey corporate, do what's right for the long term sustainably of Target, not short term profits!
(especially the wine glasses, the stems look like they’d snap if you gripped them wrong).

Well, we have known things do not make sense for a while. The main problem here, is Target's elimination of Logistics and it's processes.
Target does not realize that Logistics, stems, from the route word, Logic.
Hencefore, Target does not believe a Logic team is needed.
The bottle works just fine for me. No glass to wash, stem or no stem!^^^ This would be tragic in my world.
No BTS results have been shared, as far as I know, at my store yet. They have been in years past.On the flip side though, if you haven’t talked to your leaders about issues or concerns in the store at any point, then the BTS is not the time to rip them a new one. Surely there is an ETL or TL in the store that you feel comfortable talking to. If not, then be an adult and have a difficult conversation with your leader face to face. You might be surprised what comes of it. Hopefully it will be constructive but I’m not naïve enough to believe that every hard conversation will end well. If after talking to your leaders and you still see no change or have your concerns addressed, then by all means use the survey as a way to provide that feedback, but don’t wait all year to blast your leadership on the survey simply bc you don’t like them.

I have spoken up in the past about some serious concerns I had with my TL - and I regretted it deeply. So did at least 2 others who also spoke up about the same TL. Retaliation isn't supposed to happen, but it does.
I've spoken up about some not-so-serious concerns in a conversation with the HL ETL - and I regretted that too. Got a long-winded explanation of corporate-speak that was not helpful in the least.
The only time I actually had a good result was when I spoke directly to my TL with an ETL to witness both what caused me to speak up and my response. Even then, my TL tried to gaslight me, like he has in the past, but I stood my ground because someone else was there to hear what he said, finally.
I don't use the BTS to blast leadership because I don't like them. It's because I feel like it's usually worse than pointless to actually speak up in a person-to-person conversation.
The thing about the hotline is it is anonymous for things like my ETL is constantly saying sexist stuff. But it's not for this one time my etl said this exact phrase on this day.Kind of like the "anonymous" hotline. Those who I have known called were in the STL office a day or 2 later.

Basically you have to be broad if you want to be anonymous
I did this. And experienced retaliation from my TL.Also, if you want something to actually be done about whatever you reported it pretty much has to go to the STL, particularly if you have issues with treatment by a particular ETL or TL or stuff like that.
Are you FB friends with that former ETL-HR? This is why I'm really careful about keeping work and personal life separate. People spill the beans without realizing how they're messing up someone else's life.My resumes are already out, unfortunately my former etl-hr who works now as head hr of a competitors dc chimed in saying they want to talk (said this on Facebook, everyone at work now knows.) Now everyone thinks I am leaving.
