Looks like they're defining an "employee" as anyone other than Cornell. I find that annoying because when I think "employee" when it comes to Target, I think anyone lower on the ladder than TL.

I didn't think mine did. Then I found from a pretty reliable source (that used to be pretty up there with Target) that most STL's start around $90,000 per year before bonuses.
