I make a lot more than most TLs.
I work in the Bay Area
My condolences
It’s rough out here I don’t see me ever having a chance at moving out unless I find a construction boyfriend who would be willing to pay rent if I paid other bills, construction people make like $30+ an hour it’s my dream job. I pay $200 a month to my parents for rent and $200 a month to them also since they let me use one of their cars and I have like $10 left. I regularly have like $3 in my accountMy condolences
I'm in a similar type of economic situation here. But my store starts ar $12-$12.50. Even for those of us who have been here for years 🙄Ok, well no fucking wonder that’s your starting wage. Where I live I can buy a house and pay a mortgage of $700/mo. It’ll have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a decent sized yard. Minimum wage is $7.50. I make 15/hr as a whatever team member. I started at 6.25/hr when minimum wage was 5.15/hr.

Our area minimum is 7.25. Literally everyone is either 12 or 12.50 unless they were already making more.My store starts at 12-12.50. The area minimum wage is 7.50, I think.
4 out of 5 reviews I got Exceeds expectations.
I had to chuckle at that statement. (It has nothing to do with you). I've never taken the time to actually read any of my reviews. All I need to know is how much is my raise.
