The save the sale orders on the myCheckout either do not email the guest, or do not do it fast enough. Guest just spent $800 and has no proof of purchase, I've been told this multiple times.

I make them take a picture of the confirmation number just in case

There are changes coming to the Item Scan screen. A communication is on WorkBench (or a device) explaining what's new, what's moving. It looks like they are trying to eliminate the different screens of information for items and have more on the main screen when you scan an item.

Reminds me of the old myWork layout from the images on Workbench and what I've seen from TMs at other stores. And as a fan of myWork, this makes me happy.

Hit the on hand and it opens the screen with all that info.

Yeah, I thought I broke my zebra when it flipped to the new screen mid-shift. 🙂 Another TM showed me yesterday how to access last delivery date, last fill date, etc.
Wish they would have kept SFQ and floor count closer and more lined up together, like they were before, but I'll get used to it.

I noticed that too. Wonder if it was intentional or an accidental barrier removal they haven’t noticed yet.

FYI, if you're using Location History to track down branding/zoning/etc. offenders, if the history is ePick related, it defaults to the person who packed/stowed the order, not the person who pulled it from the location and screwed it up.

I'm an ODTM now but uh, they slaughtered the myDay scan screen. Everything is placed in such weird spots. It doesn't really feel like it follows any standardized design language.

I get it but the more differences between TMs and leads the harder to help them

I guess it kind of goes along with myDay, but why since they are rolling out the new Pickup 2.0 app, why couldn’t they integrate that with myDay like they do ePick and P&S2.0 along with those damn notifications that no one wants besides the DU team.

They did fix the notifications with Pickup 2.0 a bit. There's now a built-in way to stop DU notifications without reprocessing the whole Pickup app. If you press the < button on the little Android toolbar thing on the myDevice while in Pickup, it will ask if you're sure you wanna close Pickup and that the device won't receive Drive Up notify until it is opened again. Much easier than before, but still not as simple as linking it through myDay like EVERY OTHER notification.
