New Rollouts for 2025?

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being a test store for this. I like it find it helpful even though I know what I’m doing .
I have not enjoyed it. To me, the steps don’t make sense. I like to set, update sfc , and audit all at once so I don’t have to keep touching/counting the same product multiple times. Also, it wants you to audit after you’ve pulled, which we all know doesn’t work.

I just set the way I set, and when I'm good and ready to pull the priority fill, and not a minute sooner, I tie the POG under the Set menu, skip-skip-skip-skip through all the steps and cry-laugh imagining someone might actually take the time data seriously and slash presentation payroll accordingly.

It's a real pain when you have to fix an incorrect tie. You have to go through all the steps again.

I’ve noticed that too which I don’t know why cause it mentions SFC & SFQ, not Auditing but it’s still auditing, which like we know , you can’t do once you’ve pulled something.

I’ve hated it for bts. We trap several aisles together, which means you can’t be in remerch/fill mode and have things be accurately timed. That means our total set time will be much less than they gave us, most likely hurting us for future sets
From my understanding and everything I have read you would not hit complete until trapped freight is all pushed. I was concerned about creating infs with unpushed freight. It was addressed on one of the calls and it will not be available to guests for orders and continue to track timr until you hit complete, direction was to leave it open until it is pushed. Still available after 7 days no matter what but you could leave it open for days.

god I would love if they allowed me to audit an item I just pulled while setting - I have had that happen a bunch "pull 20" yet full on the floor...

They should allow for audits after a pull. Even if they make it like a drastic count so a leader has to approve.

For TLs it should just be allowed period. Stop trying to make data integrity more difficult.

Its so stupid. You prevent a TM or even TL fixing an on hand when it's almost always going to be found - after being delivered or being pulled.

First time doing a revision since this discussion started. Did the L'Oreal one today and it wasn't with this new format talked about here, but the batch I pulled has me curious. The POG for some products showed that 8 would fit when only 4 would, just as one example. There were plenty of others, like one where the POG said 12 would fit but only 5 would.

So what's the easy way to fix this? It's ridiculous to pull so much. And it's tedious to fix all those SFQs with really inflated numbers.

It's beyond annoying because it's not like Target doesn't know that we use the cosmetic shelves. There are times when say 6 would fit if not for the self-pusher, but whoever designs the POGs should know that only 5 will fit because the self-pusher takes up space. So dumb.

It takes us about 5 days to push all of seasonal for example. So at this point they aren't concerned about the timestamp? But what about later? Wait and see I guess, que sera sera
