Price Increases

Our TL quit recently and we have been going without anyone for sometime . There are revisions that were never done ( even after reminding them), overdue price changes , all sorts of mistakes , sales plans tied and never set !! me and the tm in frozen started doing them one by one and now we are almost caught up with everything . Now our area is much better and finally decision has been made to place a new TL for our dept!

Congratulations on catching up with the workload ! We were 2 out of 3 GM‘s short for a while, SD thought the ONE GMTL left could absorb all the work to be done (SPL, REV., PC, follow-up with push/pulls/backstock) - not enough hours in the day for that.

I notice most/all common Funko are now $12 instead of $8. Quite the jump.

Still less than the 12.99 at Game stop.

That’s the problem. If we start trying to get max work done , that will raise our threshold in front of management.
