I am a PA and I used to check the delivery times and size of the pfresh truck via urgent news in workbench.
The FDC would send us a .xlsx spreadsheet and i would open it and search for our store and see the size and time of the delivery, but now I was told to use redwire.

I tried loggin into redwire from workbench and got in but still do not know where to look and even if I have access to view this anymore. Does anyone know how to do this, thanks for your help ??

Also, I tried to open redwire via the app on the lpda but it doesn't work and told not on the lpda till September.

The iPad/PDA redwire starts going active on 9/2, at least for the district I'm in.

You might not be seeing it because it isn't assigned to you (or your roll). You can always view all (Store View) and scroll through it that way. I'm not sure if it's still coming in or not, but I'll look when I get back to my store on Wednesday

Hope it helps!

My STL showed me how to look this up today. I'm someone who learns best by doing it myself so I hope I'm correctly remembering what he did 🙂

Go to Redwire on workbench, click leader then logistics. There was a number 1 there that he clicked on that then opened up the message from FDC. Opening that message then led to the file you're used to seeing.

Hope that was helpful. I need to do it myself tomorrow to cement it in my brain.

Thanks will try this tomorrow.

I can't find anything on REDwire, I don't have the time to sit and click around. Our REDwire goes live on the PDAs/LPDAs on 8/26.

If you hover over the first one (to do maybe?), there's one called archive something. That shows everything. There's also a way to show all that are missing feedback. I wanted to leave a comment on one, but didn't want to get in trouble.

redwire works at my store on pda's and computer... i havent tried on the computer because i just use it on my device. on the ipod/pda you log in then theres two views, my view and store view.. anything that is assigned to you would be under my view. I can try on the computer tomorrow to see if i can figure it out. i dont know how different it will be

I really don't like redwire.

I know it collects everything and gives me things geared to me, but it just feels so clunky compared to the message boards.

Might just be showing my age.

Could be just not a clean interface.. We can only use Redwire on the computers right now.. So I can't really agree or disagree with you.. But knowing other spot interfaces its probably clunky.

I think the muddled interface, deep nesting on the computer version and the fact that I have to work getting to a computer several times a day (as per our ETL-Salesfloor's direct command) into my routine are the biggest issues.

I used to check the boards in the morning and after lunch, and periodically checked urgent news whenever I toggled my pda to home.

Until my district rolls out redwire on pdas, I have to find the time to get off the floor and check a computer.
