Nice to know I'm not the only one who receives their signing pallets late! I'm suprised today my new Frito Lay fixtures came in for chips FedEx. Is anyone else ahead with their sets to do healthcare ? I'm about a day behind still and mini barely sold down today at 70% off so finally we can do the April Value .

This is ILLEGAL. They cannot force you to change your availability and once they accept it they can't threaten to demote you. They TRIED to do this when I was signing and when a I went to hr she put her foot down. They are threatening and harassing you and if your HR doesn't fix it call the hotline. Also document this.
I have the back wall left to do but it's currently hidden with a plethora of Easter grass that nobody wants to buy so it's going on the back burner. I hope we get the pogs and labels in so we can start Monday.

So I learned that I will have to go overnight for 3 months for Signing Specialist (remodel), while still keeping up with my regular work load... Good lord did i come in at a good time for this.......

Yup, meaning I get to come back from this (assuming they don't find me hanging from the rafters in the fixture room) to go directly into Back to College, then Christmas not long after, my entire year is thoroughly screwed. (Not to mention throwing my entire summer out the window just about).

I'd love overnight so long as the pog team was with me. No way would i let my ducklings wander without me to hand hold that long...my pptl would let everything slide so bad.

This is exactly what worries me. I know the last 2 hours of everyday of my shift is going to be 1 Million questions, at least 40 (Just so you knows!) and that is not to mention everything from SF TLs etc...

We did the E&E in January , it's really nice when it's completed. What is your store prototype ? My old store is doing the same remodel as you but it in September they are an old Greatland layout.

😱😱 I guess I would be asking WHY you were needed all 3 months. Unless you wanted to be that schedule. The ONLY advantage to working those hours is not dealing with the normal day to day store crap. But maybe you can compromise and do 2 weeks of each. Overnight then 4am. I know everyone in my store comes to me to find EVERYTHING. So in that regard I'm kinda important 🙄😀. But still.
The thing is, I have verbally talked to my etl. I haven't put in my availability change though e-HR because bottom line they won't approve it anyways. I want to be able to start 8am not 4am for 4th quarter. I know there's always "business needs" but I'm sure rules can be bent if they really wanted to.

The remodel team is supposed to bring someone with them to do the signing. What your store is trying to do is gain the signing hours alloted by the remodel, so they dont have to pay you. Been there.

Can i have a huge favor. can someone please send me a copy of packing slip for the week of 3/20/16. its the pallet of hba fixtures/mini signing/toys and entertainment focal. mysupport sent me the list but the way they typed it its all in 1 paragraph. It so hard to read and figure out which is which.
