MEGATHREAD Signing Tips, Tricks and Quips (along with howls of despair)

I went ahead put all the second-shelf men’s razors on 16” pegs, leaving the shelf there to keep product from falling into the baskets below. I’ll be pleased with my hack as long as people remember to keep the ICCs pulled forward.

I've thought about doing this because the self-pushers don't work well with most of those packages. Post how it works, will you?

We got into Sports early as well. But we weren't allowed to set Mini before Valentine's Day ( you said Wednesday/Thursday which were the 12/13th). So we set CB2/mini immediately after valentine's. When set workload has been light, we've stayed plenty busy with pricing and inventory auditing. I should mention we're part of a pilot for sales floor accuracy. Maybe that has been a factor.
That’s unfortunate but we were out of stock by then so not like we were breaking pog to set Easter. Moved any remaining product to the front towers and table and set the rest as Easter.

I am struggling to understand how you are into into personal care when the struggle to get out of this week's pricing and mini/beauty/temp space was beyond intense... Can the difference be attributed to sales volume or store layout?? Despite those things, I would think that workload would not chance that much, minus number of units for price change/salvage.
Don’t you have a Plano team?

Posted a little while ago about how my shelf strips were lining up a lot better this time with product. And that's been true pretty much the whole way through this round of Personal Care POGs.
However, the pegs are a different story. I tend to not spend time actually counting to see exactly where a shelf or pegs should be placed unless it looks really tight. But a TM who does set Women's Shave and the pegs don't fit well vertically with where the shelves and the ISM headers are. I'll be fiddling with them to make it all fit - won't be *exactly right* but it'll work.

View attachment 16521thisis the box it came in with. The send about 10boxes.
This is for the merch protection called Invisi-Sheld. It’s something that can be ordered by AP if theft is high - it’s a for a clear plastic panel that has a Ratchet panel.
ZG0966 is the part number for those panels you have. If you like this up on workbench you’ll find the merch protection guide.

Here’s an example from Google of it in use in a store

More stores have been adding that merch pro to detergent and formula.
We're definitely having to wrap more stuff at my store, but not this yet. So annoying that the company has to spend money on all this anti-theft stuff and so many TLs have to spend so much time wrapping merch. And people complain about the high costs of everything - this doesn't help.

Did anyone get the box ism for the dry cat food? I see something about a vendor setting the flag but no mention of the boxes.

Obviously the team that plans transitions and the team who plans Circle Week did not collaborate on the domestics transition.
lol. We could all probably come up with multiple ways the company doesn't communicate well. Here's one: sales planner trays that don't match either the product or the layout. The last Secret/Old Spice deodorant one has the wider stick product placed in the skinnier spray places. I made it work, but it looks stupid.

Nope. And we're missing several high capacity shelves needed to finish.
We had to do a swap that we held off on last pets transition due to the HC shelves.. but I think in the end if worked out better

The new backer paper for the Swaddle 2.0 T-Wall fixtures is the WORST! It does not stay stuck up, and it’s so flimsy

Great. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Any stores adding a t-wall fixture not receive it yet? We appear to be missing ours.....
