ETA: And, really, any aisle in toys stays zoned for about .3 seconds after you finish it. Expecting perfection in toys, particularly after the catalog comes out, is insanity.

Tell me about it... I zone a aisle in toys, walk away to help someone find a item and return to find it looking like a tornado hit it.

Eh, I don't expect it changing at this point, particularly moving into Q4. ETLs/TLs don't often have the time. I'd like to think they walk the zone for for the slack-ass TMs, at least, but I know they don't for the ones that leave before I do at night.

Our zone walks in toys and electronics consist of speed walking down the racetrack between them and occasionally looking both ways lol
