Interviews for the position start at the end of this week, is there anything you guys would recommend mentioning that would impress the etl log?

Interesting that they're doing interviews for it. No offense to you, but I'd be surprised if they didn't give it to a backroom TM since they will usually have a good understanding of what the job entails and should already know how to do some of it.

You'll definitely want to play up your organization and communication skills in the interview. So much paperwork has to be filled out and filed correctly. Then there's ESIM needing to be bagged, labeled, sorted, and stored correctly. There's more, but those are the big ones for organization. And communication obviously with vendors, TLs, and ETLs. You're going to be the main liaison between vendors and the store, so you'll get people coming up to you and telling you a certain vendor needs to do something and then it's on you to make sure you tell the vendor.
