"Expect more, pay less""CEO Brian Cornell said in November that the company wants to achieve efficiencies to help offset the cost of higher pay and other investments."
There's always a catch...
That’s literally how far they got at taking that picture. And they probably had to be taught what the air pillows were for. Taking pictures of leaders “leading” stuff but not having a clue how to do it.
I’m going to bet that these two are TL’s or above and normally do not SFS.
Dressed like that? Almost guaranteed.I’m going to bet that these two are TL’s or above and normally do not SFS.

The mistake Target made with the whole $15 per hour is that $15 an hour is a lot of money in certain parts of this country and other parts it is not. Basing this on the cost of living for the area might have been more practical.
That’s what kills morale and productivity. Not to mention retention. To be fair I used to work in a Seattle and Target is starting folks there at almost 16 an hour for entry level job.
Problem at such stores is you have sixteen year old cart attendants making the same as a 20 year Plano veteran
This is also an issue. There should be a pay division between new hires and veterans. To be fair I used to work in a Seattle and Target is starting folks there at almost 16 an hour for entry level job.
