I wonder if target HQ would make tm's exempt.. fine print on the class action suit probably says excludes employees , family members, friends, any relatives or knowledge of anyone who worked at target at the time of the breach.

I thought I had read that all stores - not only target - had to have them working by - I think mid 2015 - or was it 2016? whichever it is, I'm sure target will push it out to the very last day.

I had my Credit Card stolen and used for a lot of purchases. Although I'm assuming, that since Chase paid for all the charges incurred, I'm probably not eligible for anything in the lawsuit.
