Either nothing qualifies for a pull or there are nothing in back for the items that qualify for a pull. So yes the messaging is not intuitive, but due to how it works we don't know if the pull really gets created.



How often are you seeing an issue here? The device should give an error if anything fails.

Tends to happen on 1 or 2 pogs per week. I would usually have to check TWT to make sure. Then when I make the batch on a pda, more often than not, a batch is made.

Interestingly enough, I don't get this problem with softline pogs.. even though those pogs are the ones that almost always have no pulls.

Note this isn't my application, but why are you doing multiple of the same item at the same price in SIM (aka Single Item Markdown)? Also it will recognize items sold online/other stores.

most of the items I have to SIM are because the DC sent us a whole case pack of something we do not carry in the store. We used to be given the option to print up to 10 tickets on the initial markdown, and then only 1 on the further markdowns of it (but that was before they dropped the initial markdown to only 30%) we really should be allowed to do at least 10/10 again..

I use SIM frequently. Online returns for bulky items need to go away quickly. I wish we could implement a re-stocking fee for these people who return gigantic things that are too large to fit on any endcap in the store. IE, a queen sized headboard futon sets.

Were you connected to a printer? They are only enabled when you are connected to a printer.

I double checked today, and certain items, such as this mouthwash will not let me create a barcode. its just grayed out

Another thing I noticed:
When under price change, the pda had a safeguard for miss-typing mistakes. If the requested tickets were FAR above on hands, it would say something like "XXX exceeds the maximum allowable" this seems to not be the case for myDevices. I've had TMs report accidentally getting 88 tickets when they meant 8. Is this something you could add?

That might be an item that you are unable to SIM due to item maintenance. Just like when you try to SIM an item with a PDA, and it gives you an error to wait 72 hours.

There is one update for my work is under SAM app, just hit install next to my work option. Latest update number is 18.3, I think?

The current build number will vary by store. There is a link on workbench that will let you look at the status of all your ios devices, including what version of software each one is on.

Product that came off the truck that is for other stores, large returns, random stuff that is found around the store that won't scan, C&S randomly giving you boxes that don't even belong in the store, etc. There are a ton of situations where you need to SIM a casepack of something.

Lots of great comments on SIM, seems like a terrible name for such an application since a lot of people use it for more than a "Single Item Markdown", but that's besides the point. Anyway I spoke with the product owner and they were actually already planning to add the functionality for printing multiples.

You're fast, that's for after TINV any of your audit tasks will show up there, but if there are no tasks it will disappear. So 99.9% of the time it will be hidden.

I come in this morning and they are thrown about over three pages. I fixed them all and come back a few hours later and they have moved around again. @UIguy @OtherGuy

My guess would be it was a TM who rearranged them. My ETL-GE has to rearrange the icons every week.

CSC or Mysupport could probably either send you the file or push a remote reset.

I just don't see anyone spending the time doing that besides me but I'm a DA, obviously. Came in today to someone changed the wallpaper to big numbers that corresponded with their assigned number. I could have screamed/cussed--actually I did in my head--I went through and changed it to the black wallpaper since the Target wallpaper is now overridden. QUIT CHANGING THE DAMN WALLPAPER PEOPLE!!!! LEAVE MY IPODS ALONE.... I'm good, I'm cool....

Anyone else have updates and the new Target app version is 7.3.2 or something along those lines, but when I go into S.A.M the only version it gives me to download is 7.2.something. Now the equipment report says it's now not compliant. I'm lost.
