Great. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Any stores adding a t-wall fixture not receive it yet? We appear to be missing ours.....
What prototype is your baby dept? I know most stores around me are moving their Twalls from 3 separate fixtures to one full aisle. Do you currently have them and need more? Or completely adding them.

We started out as a Swaddle 2.0 store but we've had at least one, maybe 2 changes since then so I'm not sure what our current prototype is.

It's not the platform fixtures carseats go on, we have those and they are already all in one full aisle. The fixture I am talking about looks like a T if you looked at it from above and for us, it currently has cribs/dressers/chairs displayed straight on the floor on the long sides and then the short backside has monitors. We got it after our remodel and on the new adjacency, it looks like we get a second one to replace a platform fixture that also currently has cribs on it.

I may need to contact our remodel TL to see if they know of any adjustments made during remodel. Maybe the platform we have is in place of this second fixture. But our current adjacency (and existing fixtures) does not reflect that so I don't think that's the case.

So for us, they moved that T to the front, and put the platform with the cribs to the back. Check MyDay since it had communication if your store was on the list (and the adjacency would show the T first with the furniture platform behind it. Our communication was this

I also would check with your PML since they did get a PM to do the swap with a GM TM. And replace floor tiles as needed

This is what our current adjacency looks like. The new one that dropped for us replaces the platform and adds another T. Last week when I clicked the store list link, it led me to a spreadsheet about denim POGs; I'll check it again today.

Posted a little while ago about how my shelf strips were lining up a lot better this time with product. And that's been true pretty much the whole way through this round of Personal Care POGs.
However, the pegs are a different story. I tend to not spend time actually counting to see exactly where a shelf or pegs should be placed unless it looks really tight. But a TM who does set Women's Shave and the pegs don't fit well vertically with where the shelves and the ISM headers are. I'll be fiddling with them to make it all fit - won't be *exactly right* but it'll work.

I solve this problem by moving the headers above the gondola and using magnetic ISM holders. It gives me about an extra 6" of vertical space.

Not a bad idea and I might give it a try. But I'm short and already have kind of a hard time putting stock on those highest pegs. Plus guests have to be able to get product off them. In both Men's and Women's Shave, we use the pegs with the bent end as a means to deter theft. Makes it harder for everyone else too. They each take up just enough more vertical space that having 3 or 4 them in a vertical stack adds up to a significant difference.

What's the deal with so many facings of the same product in a POG? Was noticing that the pegs for both Men's and Women's Shave this time are so crowded and some of the replacement razor cartridges have 3 or even 4 facings. I don't mean the Flamingo display which has a ridiculous number of facings for some things - at least the Harry's and Flamingo people design their displays pretty well most of the time so things fit. I mean the Gillette and Venus products. Didn't have the time to do it yet, but I'm thinking about taking out a few of the excessive duplicates and spreading things out a little.

Hmm… something doesn’t seem right here! Thanks target!!!
We're having the same problem. From its dimensions and the fact that it's called a Table Shroud in the POG, I'm almost convinced it's meant to wrap a Style table and stand lengthwise, with one of the displays on top of it. Why print the image on both sides if it's supposed to go perpendicular?

From the look I think you’re right, a lot of stores have a bath focal with tables similar to style that are changing with this transition and going to a focal with product like this. I assume this pog is the same as those stores and the ism was sent on accident or in error.

It’s funny; when Looking at their big giant paperwork they sent, the wall is set so far back it doesn’t even look like you could fit the crib on the back. IMG_2247.jpeg

Like so:
